You have just connected on the site www.www.riad-alma-marrakech.com of the MIPIJE Company.
You must read carefully the following provisions as they constitute a contact establishing the general conditions of the services of the electronic catalog of the Company MIPIJE.
The “click” that you will execute after having filled in your reservation information constitutes the validation of your reservation and will be considered as an irrevocable acceptance of the present general conditions.
Accordingly, you may only book services if you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Preamble
The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the MIPIJE web catalog. Toute réservation passée sur ce site suppose du client son acceptation inconditionnelle et irrévocable de ces conditions.
2. Object
This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of MIPIJE’s services on the Internet, through the secure online payment platform of the Centre Monétique Interbancaire.
Riad Alma Marrakech is a service and a brand registered by the company MIPIJE.
3. Definitions
In the remainder of this Agreement, each of the above terms shall have the same meaning as defined above, namely:
“Remote contract”: any contract concerning services between the MIPIJE Company and a Consumer within the framework of a system of sale or remote service provision organized by the MIPIJE Company which, for this contract, exclusively uses the network Internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
– Consumer” means any natural person who, in this contract, is acting for purposes that are outside the scope of his or her professional activity.
– Order form”: document which indicates the characteristics of the Services ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to engage him.
– “Order”: the act by which the Consumer agrees to purchase Services and MIPIJE Company to perform them.
4. Services
All the services present in the catalog are marketed until the unavailability of the rooms.
MIPIJE reserves the right to withdraw a room from the catalog without notice. It can in no case be required to compensate or cancel a reservation following the impossibility for the consumer to come to the Riad.
5. Book a room
After finding the service(s) you are interested in, click on the “book” button, the service is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and you can return to the home page by pressing “home”
When you have finished shopping, validate your reservation by clicking on the button ”pay”.
In the event of an error on your part, when entering the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours. After the order is canceled by MIPIJE, you can order again.
6. Price
The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan Dirham TTC, converted and displayed in Euros TTC (taxes included), are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated in the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and the transactions are made in Moroccan Dirham.
Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the services.
7. Order execution
The reservation will be executed when the Customer arrives at the Riad.
In the event of unavailability of the reserved room, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility of cancelling his reservation.
He will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of Services.
8. Delivery
Due to the type of services offered, there is no delivery.
9. Method of payment
To pay your order, you choose the payment method among those proposed by MIPIJE on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction is remitted for debit to your account within one day of the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a completely secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees MIPIJE that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the Order Form.
In the case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer and between MIPIJE and its banking institution shall apply.
10. Data privacy
The information you are asked to provide is necessary to process
your order and they are treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectify your personal data.
11. Cancel an order paid by credit card
The site offers two rates:
– standard rate
– non-refundable rate
Bookings paid at the standard rate are subject to free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will have to pay the full amount of the reservation. If you do not show up, a no-show fee equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.
Bookings paid at the non-refundable rate are not eligible for free cancellation, whatever the reason.
12. Right to retract
From the date of reservation of your order, you have a period of 24 hours to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded. After that, the reservation is non-refundable if you have opted for the “non-refundable” rate. If you have opted for the standard rate, free cancellation applies if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival (see article 13).
13. Proof of transactions paid by credit card
The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of MIPIJE constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the company MIPIJE.
14. Force majeure
MIPIJE is only liable for the performance of its obligations to the extent that they are not impeded by an event of force majeure.
